BD turbo numbers M8T?

I would tell you my numbers... but I am wondering the same question as you because my numbers don't work at all. Digitron and A/F show it is running in proper range but not getting the power to the ground at all. I am running a RG kit as well..... anybody use the BD control box along with the BD RG kits? I have heard many swap out for the pure logic box... also clutching specs would be nice along with BD fuel box numbers, elevation, fuel pressure etc...

Im still working on some of my numbers but for what its worth
Fuel pressuer 43psi
psi L 25 42 45
Psi H 25 35 46
4500 to 8000 feet
12 lbs boost
air fuel is 12.5 to 14
on C12
not perfect but close little bog in the middle, these will change from sled to sled. And I have the box in advanced mode. The importand thing to get them tuned perfect from what I understood was the accel and deccel fuel settings and I havent played much with them yet.
Hope that helps

PJ,

What clutching set up are you useing? also what rpms are you pulling and what kind of trackspeed are you getting in fresh snow on a pull?

Thanks,
Ryan

Well havent played much with cluching yet I wanted to get it tuned in properly then make it pull hard after but this is where im at now. Im sure I will change it a bit

46/36 helix
stock spring
78gram dig dog heavy tip wieghts
silver primary spring

That is very similar to what I am going to be running this year.

This is what I just put into the clutches:

36/46P helix
stock secondary(actually a green sno pro spring because its a torsional conversion on it... same spring rates as stock tho)

80-87.5 dalton adjustable weights
Cutler purple white

i have the weights unloaded right now (80 gr) so we will see how it pulls first ride... should be interesting since it sounds like that setup is what most ppl are running... or at least variations of that setup.

As always...
No one has dynoed one-
No one has BD numbers-
No one has Clutching
But all run pretty good at 80+mph Track speed....
thou these sleds with 2 stroketurbo has been around for 4years
to the common-Aint it strange?.......
It should be in the BD manual ??
Same here running absolutely no way near BD nr:#
But they work great for everyone snappy and strong...
wonder how that could be?

Exactly what I'm thinking...The technical level on this forum isn't that high if people do not know these things... Or?

so let me get this straight... you aren't running numbers anywhere close to the BD #'s is that correct, beaking everybody else who says it runs awesome on the numbers BD sends out

Yes thats right.
I have the Gen 1 Race gas turbo updated now for ADA
And i have low boost actuator for Pump gas for those casual riding days.
I have never had any failures on my sled and never had BD#in my box.
Oh BTW the sled is a D8
And the turbo kit has been in both -08 and -09 sled.
Kit has run strong 1200miles and counting.

thats what i thought... doesn't seem like bd #'s are that close to be honest which i can understand to a point... they want to have there numbers on the rich side so nobody burns an engine down on there numbers... but I would have thought they would be closer than what they have on the website... just my opinion.

Bd numbers run ok, but way fat. There is another thread abou the exact same thing and several people list thiers.

BD#

At least they put them in now.I remember getting Kits with no #. I think they just auto put rich # in witch is better than Lean ones.

My 08 Pump #
19-36-49

I will see if I can find my 10#

Bd #

You should be loading up right.

Try this 39LB fuel

19-36-49
20-36-50

Change you primary spring.
