Bd Kit is rippin

Just wanted to share my positive feedback on the boondockers kit. This kit has been pretty much a pull the rope and go sled. Granted i bring all my sleds in after every weekend and take a peek and look for stuff going wrong. But besides crap that i have inflicted this kit and sled have been rock solid. 2400 miles on the sled. Boondocker kit running 11# on straight avgas.

sick shreddin... I have to say the same about the BD kit, i have been running mine on straight AV also and the thing is awesome.

We've done a lot of testing and we can tell you it's not the BD kit that's making your sled rip so well...its your KLIM gear. Were getting a lot of reports from guys across the country finding better sled performance when wearing KLIM gear. We took Jared out last week after he got his personal sled dialed and had him throw on a parka from another manufacture and his sled worked like crap. As soon as he put his KLIM parka back on his sled was rippin again.

A great running BD kit can have a big impact on how well your sled rips but nothing will increase its performance as much as wearing KLIM will. :face-icon-small-hap

Haha that is hilarious!

Glad to hear. I also have a great running BD Pro, that is pull and go. 10-12PSI usually on straight av. Runs even better this year (unbelievably) than the last 2, since I went to a Garrett/Tial turbo with external waste gate and the TPSmart EBC.
And with that said, this thread should be getting invaded by Silber or Vipec fans bashing BD in 3...2...........

I knew it was my Klim gear, I knew it!!! The Carls Cycle/Boondockers turbo is just for looks :)

In all seriousness though, this years BD kit rocks!! Best kit to date and runs awesome. Glad my Klim gear can hold up to the high rates of speed racing up the mountain!! :):)

Another Klim influenced spectacular running BoonDocker setup here! With our new business I have been fortunate enough to ride many different sled makes and models with multiple mods and different turbo brand setups. Very easy to say that I would not trade my BoonDocker for ANYTHING else. Same with my Klim gear of course also! The response of the kit this year is very crisp and instant. Such a good performing setup gives a rider a lot of confidence which allows them to ride new and more challenging areas. Here is a video of some early season riding with my Klim/BoonDocker combo(sorry if you have already seen it).

Boots

Well my boots are Klim and my feet stay dry. Maybe thats why I have yet to touch that box the internet tells me does not work well and i should have to mess with all the time. On a serious note i too am very impressed with BD's kit and I'm still rocking last years kit at 9.4 psi. I'm very excited to couple the turbo with the capable timber sled skid.

That must be what it is. Its the klim because I rode a hm turbo with a vipec last weekend and my klim boots got wet but I think its because it had so much power I peed my pants and it ran down my leg into my boot lol sorry I couldn't help myself glad to hear the bd kits are workin good

My gearhead/boondocker pro is ripping this year.. Amazing how well they run.. I even get another 60 hp cause I wear MF ;)

I ride naked its good for 80 HP I just tuck my tail between my legs and go lol
