Anyone have any experience with this that could help with the numbers?

What is he history of the sled? Have you ran it in the past and now it's lean?

History of the sled has been great before installing the BD turbo.

It runs great in low and high ranges with afr between 12-14 and egt 1100-1250

When cruising in mid range from 4000-6000rpm it sounds like its running very lean with a pulse like feel. Afr is very high over 17, but the egt are 1100-1300

What elevation are you at? Do you understand how to tune with the bd box? Low psi is first 1/3 of boost, mid psi is 1/3 to 2/3 boost and high psi is 2/3 to full boost. You can then add or take away fuel at each rpm. Sometimes a excessive rich will show up lean on afr. At 5-6000 rpm typically theses sleds run 1250 to 1350 egt. I would guess you are on the rich end if you are seeing 1100egt, but this is just a guess. Try pin pointing where it runs bad and add fuel to see if it gets worse. Go to 5000 rpm setting and add a bunch of fuel and see what happens. I assume plugs are good and fuel is good? just remember where you started so you can get back. I'm always like to add fuel to make sure you are adjusting where it needs to be adjusted. My guess is it's going to get worse and you are rich, but it's hard to tell ton not being there and seeing and hearing it. If you are still stuck try taking a video and posting it.
Also if the kit was just installed and are just tuning it, does it always run this way? If you are trying to tune in powder sometime you are sucking in steam, which will make it run bad. Try and tune on hard pack until you get it tuned before going into powder.

Ride from 5000-8000feet
In the tuning, get it dialed in stage.
Riding on groomed trails at a ski resort for now.
