BCA Float 30 Refill - Seattle Area?

Anyone know a shop(s) to get the canisters refilled?

BCA page shows the following, there must be more options:

Is the BCA canister filled with compressed air like the Snow Pulse canister? For the Snow Pulse canister they use a paint ball tank fitting so you can go to any paint ball store or scuba shop.
