bca beacon deals????

I found a web site that listed BCA tracker beacons for around $230. I miss placed the site and cannot cant find it. Does anybody know who has the best prices for these beacons. I have aslo read about dealers that sell for cost, just to get people to buy them. I would really love if someone could pass along the contact info for one of these people.
