Looks pretty neat and probably will my first avi bag. What does everyone else think?

Still single bag, and smaller, not sure he is correct that because the fan goes every 30 seconds that a tear would not affect the bag, if it tears the air will just find the hole, also heavier, big battery. Definitely cool how they have arrived here pretty quick, but not sure it address anything the current abs has...redundant safety systems,

What he is getting at is that the electronics sense the pressure of the bag, and if it drops, the fan turns on to rebuild pressure. A small tear would trigger the motor to run again and again in attempt to rebuild the prescribed pressure. Compressed air does not do that.

Pretty cool thing they developed.........

This is really cool. Definitely could help with the difficulty of finding refill locations, testing, repack, etc.

Wonder what the costs will be once it hits the market?

Since its not that complicated of an idea, just a matter of getting the tech correct, I wonder if other airbag makers have something similar in the works?

I don't think they were implying that if a tear occurs the bag will be ok because it is refilling. What he was saying was that because the bag is always full and tight that it is less likely to get a tear or snag? That was my take anyway. Cool stuff, even if this isn't the answer it is good that we continue to advance in AVI safety equipment.
