Battery power blinking/flashing?

Just recently started when I first start sled the battery bars are empty and blinks for a few minutes until sled warms up and it will stay charged when riding. Doesn't do this every start up but would like to find the faulty problem before it gets worst. Also occasionally when I grab the throttle it would bog out a little.

Set tps recently and everything is good. So it is something electrical. Not sure what there is all electrical to cause this. I don`t have electrical start so no battery but this has never happened before so thinking the battery display is for power output charge?

Would it be a regulator problem or stator, and seen something on the microfiche called a capacitor? If one of those how do I go about testing them?

I just went through this same issue and it was my capacitor. Check the DC voltage when idling. What is it? The capacitor can be checked by unplugging it and then giving it a quick charge with a battery then check the stored voltage in it if its 0 its toats and you need a new one .
A capacitor acts like a battery as it will store voltage but it doesnt supply the current as a battery so it drains real fast when a load is connected to it. Search this site there is a post with the isntructions from the service manual as to how to test the capacitor.
