Bars vs Risers

For you guys that had difficulty throwing over your XP, who decided on MX style handlebars and who went for the 10in riser block. Pros, cons of each?

i deffinatly didnt have troubles pulling over my xp, but i just got some rsi 3" bars and 7" risers. They look great and feel way better then stock

where can you get a 10" riser for an xp?

Ski-doo has a 10 inch in there parts catalog. There is a bunch of other companies that do to.

I think he is referring to throwing the XP over in Low snow conditions. I have found it moves around fine with deep powder, but in lower snow conditions it doesn't like to hold a line. It either wants to fall on you or go back to two skies on the snow.

It isn't that the sled won't go over it is the amount of effort it takes.

I have the 10 inch risers on, sway bar out, and risers tilted back. It all helped but this year I am going to get Powderhounds on up front, wider bars and a two wheel kit on back. From what I have read it should improve.

Cheers
Shawn

I have a 146X on order. Would I need to extend/reroute any cables to use your backcountry bars on my sled?

Also will all of my current accessory switches fit on your bars?
