Bank of America / Countrywide re-fi cluster

These guys have really screwed up my loan; i locked in back in March and still have not closed. Also, I wanted to roll closing costs into the loan and now they are telling me I have to come up with a large sum of cash to close. Same thing happening to another buddy.

This happening to anyone else?

wells fargo , started in April still dicking my around on the re-fi I think there are swamped but still that should not mean crappy service.

I have nothing good to say about BOA. I re-fied mine w/ CW at 5% only to learn BOA was taking them over a few months later. Now I want to get it away from them but don't see that happening as I would need better than 5% to justify it and those days may be gone for a while.

I can't stand BofA...I swapped everything over to USAA...much better service!
