I was hoping to get a bit further up the road to park - only about 200 yds from the turn-off to the snopark!! oh well - took the Blue Lake trip through the trees to the meadows (yes, I found it all by myself this time ) and b-lined it up and over peanut....

then up past Baker Pass

then taking "the scenic route" to the lookout....

no carnage (although Debi tried.... James has those pix). Great time with awesome weather and good company!!!

best part... I came home to grilled salmon, a fresh veggie medley, and a homemade apple crisp.... steve-o's so good!

damn lady quick with photos and we wont talk about the carnage. awesome scenery from the top. had a good time, thanks karen. will not take the deck off quite yet. have fun in hawaii. will be in touch when i get back from Oregon.

you don't get sunburnt if you don't stop and take your helmet off....

I was heading to work yesterday, looked in my rear view mirror and said oh SH!TTT, that mountain was out in all it's glory. Sounds like a good time was had by all. Enjoy folks looks like it might be another Month left at least......
