Sorry don't have a link for my information, NOAA is now predicting weak El nino changing to neutral this winter.

don't know if any of this really counts, one can only hope a neutral will be a banner year.

Neutral wouldn't be too bad... much better than not sledding at all.

you really can tell 2 months before anything really happens its hard to tell in 2010 they said the same thing and look what happend
