Anybody know if they have been getting snow still or did it rain up there as well?

rain'd hard, snow setup, probably lots of open creeks, not a lot of snow coverage, when i was up in the area on tuesday, there were lots of natural slides!

is this the best scenario for early season?? a little snow followed by warmer temps with rain for a few weeks and then more snow (hopefully)

Early snow followed by rain or some warmer temps can set up a good base as long as their is more snow coming. Dont forget last year how the rains came and pretty much destroyed decent riding for over three plus weeks.

the ski resort lost around 20 inches cause of the rain

Good thing is you can still drive halfway up the road to unload.

But it's only November
