Baker 4-22-08 AWESOME

Baker 4-22-08 AWESOME **Pics**

Yep, studied the forecast and saw the clouds coming from the south so we figured on mostly sunny for most of the day. Turns out we rode for 6 hours and it was BLUEBIRD the whole day!!!

The snow was great, I've riddin better but there was endless untracked up there. Stepped off the sled and it was boot high, enough to carve and make clibing fun. Man, seemed like we could have rode all day and not crossed our own tracks! We were the only ones at the park at 9:00.

Heres a couple pics. I love sick days ! ! !

Tons of untracked snow. Notice part of the glacier fell and caused a little avy, pretty cool.

Huge area bleow the glacier was untouched.

Nice lttle drop.

More untouched behind railroad grade.

Just havin fun. :D

Mmmmmm snow....

Damn, do you know what the street value of that stuff is?!?!?:D

Sweet pics....:beer;

Yeah, the trails were big whoops allllll the way up, except this time of year usually you get to drive your rig half way up, but yesterday we had to ride whoops all the way from the lower lot. Back hurts today..... But it's a bitter sweet kinda pain. :D :D

I think I would rather ride my sled up the road on the whoops than be stuck in my truck driving up the dirt road over the washer boards. Perspective, perspective, perspective. Oh yeah and what if there was no snow? Whoops are fun. whoops are fun, it's a state of mind.
