backfire bog no reverse 05 900

Starts up No prob
Idels at 1350~1400

Push reverse stalls out

If you run it it boggs and backfires. Will not run a wot.
120 psi both cyl
60 psi fuel rail
Tps is set
Checked carb boots

Any ideas?

Sounds like TPS, but check fuel pressure. Do the wiggle test on the harness.

Fuel pressure is 60 . It is a 05 so that's good? Would a broken reed cause this?

FP is good for an 05. Check your reeds while you're at it.

Wiggle test? Plug in Tps than wiggle while it is running?

Wiggle all parts of the harness while it's idling.

Everything checks out on digital wrench. ..... still running like ****

For what it's worth I just had the dealer tell me that the digital wrench only shows if the sensors are working not if they are within spec or operating range. Check TPS sweep with a analog meter. Check plugs? Fuel filter?

Mine was doing the same thing and it was the plugs. Cheap place to start looking.
