Axys Pro RMK Stock Clutching

Though built in the flatland, they are designed, tuned and clutched IN the mountains by mountain riders. The names Adams, Tormanen, Skinner, Burant and Curtis come to mind first-off.
The 2016s that I rode in January (with the first three names above) were SPOT-ON 8300rpm at 8000' elevation.
Yes, they are going to come clutched for the mountains like previous models did. Why would they step a long ways backwards and not clutch them for the mountains?
