Some rpm issues are caused by the roller eating into the spider after the spacer/washer wears through. Check your rollers for part #7

'16 Axys 162 and 1,150 miles and no rpm issues. Fingers crossed. Brother hasn't been nearly as lucky. It would be nice if the manufacturers would take a more proactive stance not only fixing issues like this but communicating their technical information to dealers. They must know something more than has been shared. I appreciated what Doo did for the belt issues when they posted information on forums like this. Standing behind your product builds loyal consumers but it's also the right thing to do.
 
This tried and true clutch has stood the test of time. The parts in it need to be top quality. Having the oil tank above them doesn't help. Have seen guys having belt issue with leaking oil tank and then blame sled.
