Axys coolant copper barbs on cylinder

My brothers new axys in season 155 800 axys today blew out one of those copper barbs or what er you want to call them today. The ones that come out of the cylinder right below the exhaust valves. Was just curious if anyone else has had this issue now that there are plenty of them on the snow with several miles.

Havent seen that happen, but my sled was missing a hose clamp on the Tee that those hoses attach to. Eric

All his hose clamps where on. We ended up ruffing up the copper and put jb weld on it and shoved it back in. Seemed to work for the rest of the day. The dealer was closed and the parts fish on Polaris looks like you have to put a whole new cylinder on.

This was a bit of a common issue last year on the short track models. They were supposed to have changed the cylinder this year to prevent this.
