Axys belt question

Has anyone tried a gates 45c4553 belt on a 2016/17, just curious to see how they last and perform?

If your just trying to save money call Michelle at cannon motorsports for the best price I’ve found for the oem belts.

I ran a Gates 45C4553 on my 16 Axys SKS 155 for just under 1k miles and it ran great. I wouldn't hesitate to run another one.

I've been running it on my 17. I did grenade one last year but no belt would have put up with what I was doing. I only got 2 seconds of warning and then boom, belly full of belt pieces. Lucky there was a big chunk with the part number, got warranty. It seems to work good performance wise.

I may try a Dayco XPX 5020 next as I can get a good price on those.
