Anyone on here watching this show? One of the better ones IMHO...
Logged a bit when I was a kid but not in the mountains so I find the show interesting..

I used to do the kind of logging, it brought back memories!!

got a few stories of my own lol, constant pranks all friggin day long too...got old after ahwile.

I remember one time the loader operator wanted to "get even" with the yarder operator...so he got a long pole and taped a can of marking paint to the end, then rigged up a string to spray it and had a flame in front of the can to make a torch..He stuck it up between the yarder ops leg thru a hole in the floor and flamed the cab up

amazing with all that grease and chit in the it didn't burn down the whole works lol

Yep I'm a big fan of the show to but I have serious doubts as to a following season with the markets as bad as they are well in my area anyways. My job depends a lot on the logging and mining markets and it been coming to a hault with no signs of it picking backup soon. Kind of sucks its almost been a pastime legacy to a lot of people.

One of the assistant wrestling coaches from a nearby town is on that show. Don't know the name of the crew cause I haven't caught the show yet. His name is Lance Connor. Black hair and probably a moustache or goatee. Aged 39 or so.

A heli logger once told me this joke: "whats the difference between God and a helicopter pilot?...........God doesnt THINK He can fly a helicopter"

Between rig pigs, bullriders, farm boys, iron workers, and loggers (I've known many of each) loggers are the toughest SOBs on the planet.
