What the heck are these and how do we earn them or give them?

AWARDS will be automatically presented to various members who excel in different activity criteria on SnoWest.

They are part of the new REP system that I am trying to get tuned right now.

I keep getting them and then they are taken away. That is mean, mean, mean. Remember when we were kids and when somebody did that they were called an Indian Giver. Can I even say that in this day and age, or are the bleeding heart political correctness Police going to arrest me?
