Has there been any talk of Avy classes in the north east this yr. I know in the past foxyrmk has help set some up. I need to get my son into one, and I probaly need a refresh.

Maybe three times a charm?

While I was in Puyallup I had the chance to talk to a gentleman regarding to wareness of avalanche's. AGAIN! We need to have the people to speak up for them to travel to this side of the mountain.

Speak up here please if you are intestered and give me a time frame that would work for you. I can try again.

I do know that's a post here somewhere on SW regarding to some classes around here in the NW. I will look for it and post it here for of you think that this would best for you.

Found it over in the powder room.

Thank you for all your time and all your work on this. It would be nice to see one on our side of the mt. Tollgate, sumpter, are real good locations due to ease of ride from town areas. I would do anything to help you from this side, I could get the word out over hear, I know a lot of guys that I ride with that should take a avy class, LOL our group has alot of riders that would bennifit taking one me included. The only thing that I could think that would bring more people is doing it as early as possible. None of us what to give up great days of riding to go to one, just my thoughts. I on the other hand will force myself to do it if we could get one close.

What I have done in the past is take my avy class from Idaho park and rec. I realize its not close but gives my an excuse to ride McCall, Cascade area. One close to home would be great though.

I would love to have an avy class to go to also, and could get people I know to go too. I saw the BRP ones but they are all fairly far away and on weird days. I also would be willing to help out however I can to make this happen.

Sorry for getting back late, busy with the snow shows and hunting season. I will do some talking and see what we need for a head count and place to have it.
Being late it is, we'll have to give up a weekend of riding; trust me! Well worth it!
