I dont think there are any rentals in west. I remember a tread last year. Just buck up and buy some, If you think that the 15 minutes to practice out there will save someones life You are mistaken. Dont get me wrong I think it is a great Idea to have one but people need to get out practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With all the deaths this year I think people are getting a false sence of securety Just thinking they nhave one......
