Are drivers pressed on with a regular arbor? Anybody in Denver\Summit County that can press them on for me? Since I';m at it, where's the best place to buy a pair of Avids?

i ordered mine directly from AVID Products. Had sean at Mt Tech Yamaha in Nathrop press them on for me.
Well it depends on what you mean by regular arbor? It took my hydraulic shop press for mine.
Depending on your abbilities a small press can be had for around $150 which will do everything you would ever need. Its important to remeber the centerline of the drivers MUST be placed back where the stock ones were. This measument is very important and must be maintained.
