putting 3in track on 13 pro. anyone have an opinion of witch belt drive to go to.

If your thoughts on clutching are modeled after the factories and Team then the gear ratio thing is probably not an issue for you. If that is the case you have at least three options all of which have been mentioned already.

I for one disagree with the current philosophy of high angle helixes and high tension springs, and only using half of the clutches potential. To counteract a needlessly high gear ratio. I'm more old school as far as all that goes and gear for my max mph and clutch accordingly, softer springs and shallower angles.

As a result here is my take on it; regardless of which one you go with, go with the longer than stock version of CMX or the C3 / Avid Combo so you can actually fit an 8 Tooth driver. (Personally I think even the 8 Tooth is too small, but it is your sled) No one is currently offering a better alternative. I like the CMX but don't like that their lowest gear ratio is nearly the same as stock, for the above reasons.

I like the design of the C3 and their lower ratios, but I won't run AVID Products for personal reasons (I tried to get AVID to machine me some 9 Tooth drivers and the guy that replied to my e-mail was a total azz to me, not Robbie, some employee). On the other hand, C3 (and the Owner, Kevin) has been very good to me, he has machined me my custom 9 Tooth drivers (I had to pay for tooling costs and a minimum order quantity), he has also machined me my custom specified gear ratios (of which I had to meet a minimum quantity, and have exclusive use of). Because of this, I have given Kevin some of my Ideas that I could have taken to market but I felt he could do them better with his resources and contacts. At this time I do not intend to market any of my custom parts, because the average Joe will not want to make the amount of modifications necessary to fit the 9 Tooth driver.

The TKI belt drive is the stock length and as such you are relegated to the ridiculous 7 Tooth driver. Which is not even on my list of options.

Hope this helps in your decision.

Well said.
I am running the C3/Avid belt drive for one season now. Love it. Running 2.3:1 Camo Ex 2.5" VEI tunnel. Lots of room for a 3" w/ stock drivers.
