Avi-Vest = awesome customer service

I'd like to throw out a huge compliment to Avi-Vest. Early last fall I bought an Avi-Vest and I rode with it from November til Christmas. I really liked the vest. I posted a reply on this forum based on my experiences with the vest and I addressed an issue I had as well. I really gave the vest a good review. The issue I addressed was the handle on the zipper had broke and I also said that the vest runs big so I wished I had a medium instead of the large.

Well, John at Avi-Vest read my post and replied back advising me to send the vest back and they'd replace with a medium vest. I shipped the Vest back on 12/28 and I just received the new one today (1/12).

I'm very happy with the vest and I'm so glad that I got a medium now. I have a 6'2" and 205 lb athletic built frame and I really thought the large would be the way to go. I feel they run big and the medium for me is so much nicer fitting and I still have a lot of adjustability.

I will be buying another Avi-Vest again due to the quality and function of the product. Knowing that the customer service is just as good as the product sold is icing on the cake. To all of you out there looking for a great Avi pack, I highly recommend the Avi-Vest and the customer service is outstanding.

I completely agree with this statement. I talked to Will at Avi-Vest about having one of there vests for our Avy classes in January and February, and not only did he send me a demo vest, he sent it next day air so that I would have it in time for the class.
