Avey what you can do to help

On Friday three good men lost their lives in an avey just north of Alpine. Robert's service was held on tuesday and Scott's service will be held today at noon. Both of these services have received tremendous support and love from the community. Stove Bob's service will be held tomorrow in Grace at the LDS church on main street. Bob does not have any family in the area and was not as well known in the community as these other men were. on this forum we often state "if there is anything we can do let us know" there is something you can do. Bob's mom and dad and brother will be here from California. if you can i would urge you to attend his service. it will be at noon, with a viewing before at 10;30
Thanks for all the love and support on this forum
Wade

WoodStove BOB!!!

Bob Teichert alias WoodStove Bob. Let me tell you a little about WoodStove.

David, Jen, and I were talking about him today. We talked and laughed as we recalled the guy who was like a little kid knocking door to door for someone to come play! Only Bob was knocking to find someone to go ride snowmobiles with. Bob was the guy who rode 5000 miles a year. He had ridden with almost everyone in Caribou and Bannock county. If you owned a snowmobile in the last 20 years and lived in Caribou County you more than likely have ridden with WoodStove.

I remember well the first time my wife showed up to ride with us. WoodStove took me aside and wanted to know if she was going? I said yes and he asked, are you sssurrre? I looked at him and said ya, she will be fine.
So off we went. WoodStove never looked back and my wife was always there when he stopped. He was always so loud when he talked. My wife would ask me why Bob always yelled. We thought about it and we decided that any one that rode a sled 5000 miles every year just might be a little hard of hearing. LOL!

I wish I would have told Robert, Scott and Woodstove thanks for making every ride I went on with them a great one. And Wade thank you for ridding with me the few times that we have. I want you to know that I always watched, studied Robert when he rode. I wanted to learn and ride as he did. Then when we rode Tony Grove a couple years ago I saw that Robert learned to ride from you.

Anyway, please come support WoodStove and his family.

Thank you, Jeff Leissring

I think there will be a good turn out!

I was just thinking. Last season Stove Bob even called my wife and asked if I could go riding! LOL!!!

Thanks!

Yes, as Wade said above. A big thanks to everyone that attended the services of our three friends. All the love and support in all ways has been great. At a time like this, that is what is needed most.

Again, thank you.
