Avalanche in southern BC

Already a missing person due to an avalanche in 2014. Be careful guys!!

It says Corbin so I'm guessing probably behind the town sight staging area. There are a few areas back there I know are major avalanche zones and easy to get to.

I don't get what's so funny lol about a skier injured or killed in a slide.

There is nothing funny at all about an avy in my experience, but the point being made is how some back country snow user like to point fingers in certain directions etc and make claims. Shame on those, cause no matter how you get there, the fresh air and the view is appreciated to all in its own perspective. My point is, lets all play safe and keep our appreciation for the great out doors in the proper view. Just my 2 bits.

Must realize most real skiers are also snowmobilers or snowbikers in this day in age! And most good back country skiers mtn survival skills surpass the average snowmobiler/snowbikers skills as well. IMHO
