The friends of the Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center is holding an avalanche awareness lecture at the Beartooth Harley Davidson in Billings Mt. on January 27 from 6-9 pm. It will be a 1 hour classroom lecture then 2 hours of hands on learning basic cpr basic first aid and beacon retrieval. There will be chilli and a silent auction. Harley davidson is located at 6900 south frontage road Billings Mt. phone (406) 252-2888. So if you are in the Billings area or going to be please try to attend we can never be too safe.
