On saturday dec. 6, 2008 the washington state snowmobile association is sponsoring a 8 hr avy course.
This is for the beginning or seasoned snowmobiler.
We teach avalanche avoidance, terrain recognition, human factors, danger scales, beacon and rescue introduction
the life you save may be your own...$55. Including lunch
5 hr classroom on avalanche avoidance
3 hr outdoor rescue techniques, brung beacon, probe, shovel, packs etc if you own them. we have a few beacons to loan, then purchase at the local store with knowledge.
