all the guys i ride with took the class, learned alot, on the way home we were talking and it was amazing we never set off a avalanche were we ride.

Yeah same thing here! We still have a couple guys in our group without beacons, probes etc. and after the class we decided that we will not ride with guys that don't have the equipment. They will have to buy it or stay home!
