Great class! Mike is a solid instructor and teaches it from a sledder's point of view. DON'T MISS THIS even if you think you are knowledgeable and prepared.
Don't be a statistic. The bartender needs your tips:D

Just got signed up with two of the guys i ride with. I took it last year also at the minnapolis convention center great course.

Some of the guys in Fargo who took the class in December pulled off an impressive avalanche rescue of one of their riding partners who was completely buried. The slope failure was a very rare incident during moderate danger, but the techniques they used made all the difference.

Thanks for forwarding the info to the snowmobile club. Still have space available in both sessions. Mike

If you want to attend the Avalanche class in Bismarck, I still have room in both sessions. It is ok to just show up at the class. I will be traveling on Saturday and will be out of cell range for part of the day. Just leave a message if you want and let me know how many people will be attending. 970-390-9433. I will not be able to respond to emails on Saturday. See you at the class, Mike

Avy class

Any chance you will be getting any closer to Iowa, especially central iowa. Probably could get the local clubs to set something up. Lots of people going west from here and to be honest I don't think near enough have the proper respect for the potential danger.

Thanks,

Kirk
