AV gas ?

A friend asked me about running av gas this year . i had to tell him i do not know anything about it . can anyone tell me the pros and cons of av gas

i run 100ll in my vector, depends on the boost you run and the build. never had a problem with av gas.

he wants to be able to run up to 20/22 pounds of boost at times . i told him dont go cheap on fuel 100% race fuel c112 or higher

what is done to his motor? and what kinda elevation.. you ever seen the boost calculator over on TY 4 stroke? if not.. heres a link, play away.

Which kit and what is done to his motor. If the motor is stock myself I would not run more then 16 -17 psi on 100ll. Unless he is running water meth injection I would feel safer running race gas. Again that's just my opinion.
I run 17psi on mcx nytro with head shim on 100ll

yeah, i have played with that calculator more then i can count. its not science, i wont push the limits of octane a spreadsheet showed me, but it gives me a good idea of where i stand for octane needs, not just dumping $$$ into the tank when you dont need it!
