Can anyone tell me what the valve clearances on an '06 Honda 350 4x4 would be? Or, even where to find them?

I'm thinking like 0.004 ish?

I'm guessing that the specs are in a service manual at a Honda dealership in your area

I have a spec book, but it only goes up to '98

A 2002 450 is .006 And a 1984 200 is .002......I don't think you could go wrong with .006

intake would most likely be .004 and exhaust .006

The spec IS .006 in and .006 ex (inch)
