Why is there a gap between the side brace and the tunnel? Is it suppose to be like that or is it just me?

I see that too, though I think it is because they are just resting on top of the running boards and they are not fastened to the sled yet?

What is the cost?

Those aren't even attached or installed yet. They are simply prototypes sitting on the running board cut out. When you install you can put the rivets right through the factory holes in the tunnel and side extrusion. They match up really nicely!

I'll get those put on.......
If someone would come answer the phone (which pretty much rings non stop from 6:30 am to oh dark thirty), get thirty packages assembled for shipping, answer my 108 emails from yesterday, respond to 15 pm's from here, post a few more photos in the various sections, help five Digatron customers 4 of which aren't mine, hand off five sets of boards to customers on site here, take care of BWEAR biz for the last four days, eat sleep and other personal things I could get into the shop and finish the install!

Thank you. This one is as cool as the RAW IQ ones. The phone is going non stop and I'm sold out now on the batch at the bender. I didn't know there were this many people running the new Nytro! We will cut out another run tomorrow and they will be bent and coated by MONDAY (I hope).

We are using #38 super hard industrial powder. (see the photo of the coating facility)

TO SCOTT M. (extreme-one) You were absolutely right! I am now eating crow and I owe you a steak dinner. Barbie (ie BBQ) will meat (play on words) her demise in a week. She is a dandy! Should be wrapped and ready by Christmas. YUMMY!
