Attitude box questions

Hello have a boosted apex with a attitude box and have some questions.
When you turn the key on should the box scroll through the lights?
Or only after you start the machine should it scroll?

Attitude Startup

As long as the box scrolls when you start the sled up. Then after it scrolls the controller should go to a blinking green or solid green LEDs.

The box does not have to scroll.
I had the same questions a few weeks ago when I put my Attitude box on.
I talked with both Derrick at Atttitude and Jeff Simon and Simons CPR(who I bought the box from) and both said the same thing: 'It doesn't have to scroll, Some do some don't."

Thanks for the input wasn't sure about the lights. Had a problem last weekend and was not sure about the box. Found the thottle body's where blown off.
