Recently ISSA contacted all Officers, Directors, Committee Chairs and Clubs and notified each ISSA Member of how the Snow Biz would be delivered or made available to them for the coming year. After sending this notice to Kathy Rhead, our Snow Biz publisher, she contacted us and explained that our previous decision for the Snow Biz was unworkable. She explained the reason was due to the high cost of postage and assembling (or bundling) fees to mail 5 and 10 count packets to business, officers and directors and the increased printing cost of the paper. The lack of advertising support is also a contributing factor in how the Snow Biz newspaper has to be distributed in the future.
Beginning with the fall of 2014 the Snow Biz newspaper will only be available on line. Those wanting or needing a paper copy of the Snow Biz will be able to print it and use or distribute in any manner they wish.
