I have the same problem with the 39" Zbroz arms on my 12 Pro and the sway bar links aren't even close to being in the correct spot.
On a side note.
I installed a set of the 36.5" skidoo arms as well on a friends XP and the sway bar links fit like **** and are the incorrect height off the arm. The links flip right over backwards when the suspension is at full drop. shorter shocks of a 13 were installed as well. Its not that the shocks are to long. Zbroz didn't even know what size shocks should be used with that a arm kit.
