AT&T Customer Service

So Alltell in our area is switching to AT&T.
I've already had some issues regarding replacement phones & have made quite a few calls to the customer service dept.

Here's what I like so far.......
Every time I've been able to talk to a real person with a normal dialect.
Very happy that I haven't had to try to cypher Rashmishmash and his towel head speak.

Well that's good to know. Same thing happening here. Good to know that I won't have to talk to anymore forgeiners named "Steve".

We transitioned to AT&T today and my new phone would not work and my old one would not work. I called Cust service and had a human that could speak english and had my problem solved in 10 minute. When you all transition over they will tell you to have both phones on on the transition day. What they do not tell you is that you will need to turn off your new phone and turn it back on for it to work. Kind of like rebooting a computer I guess.
