Assault mods?

Somewhere between too dumb to quit and flat earth
If you could change anything on your assault, what would it be and why?

Right now, I have E-Tec envy, if I could drop an 800 E-Tec into my assault I would.
For the real world right now I have SLP twins, Carls Cylinder and Case porting, their ECU map, and their head cut for 50/50 at my starting altitude of 2000. I also installed a 146X15X2.5 Camo extreme, wildchilds billet gas rack, and skinz shock protector. Next for me will be Timbersled front and rear with WE Needles, powder pro skis and custom paint and some form of tunnel upgrade.

My sled will have Fox EVOL X ski shocks and my 900 RMK hood (it's painted orange , and it has been hung up on my wall for 2 years now)

But how do you like the twins? What do you have done as far as a fuel map goes? I see you are a deeler for Boss seats, how do you like the new seat, in all honesty?

Does it realy need the new track? And why would you put on powder pros over the grippers? I might put on C/A Pro skis but that will only be in spring for jumping.

I like the PPs, more from a perspective of colors and construction, as well as visual appeal. Love the pipes, ECU is re-mapped for the pipes and porting. I personally think the stock track is the worst thing about the sled. The extreme is superior in slow maneuvers, vastly so in downhill control, trackspeed is up, top speed is up, point of turnout is alot higher, maybe sacrificing a little in hardpack. As for the Boss Seats, there are some issues mainly with zippers, maybe 1 out of 10. This stems from the massive increase in volume due to lower pricing and also the methods that alow them the reduced price. Its still the same underpinnings, the covers are outsourced, they are working on it.

What is your riding style? Mine is to find a good jump nad hit it pinned. I guess i will have to to ride it to see what it feals like to me. Did you revalve the shocks in the skid?

Did you D&R the chainecase? what drivers?

IF I could change something on the Assault?

I would probably make the shocks so they could go a tad lighter. I have them dialed all the way down and they are still stiff. I am not sure you really need them cranked all the way up. Spring time will tell for sure.

Maybe either a 16" wide track or a 151"

What i want to know the most is that fuel controller people like the most?
