Anyone have specs on machining jackshaft to fit artic cat secondary?
I have J&L specs just looking to get a little more specific.
He milled down the snowhawk key to 1/4in. on top to the cat clutch slides on. For the jackshaft he removed it and machined down the taper so the clutch would slide on far enough to line up straight. And then he used .005 shim stock and wrap around the shaft where clutch goes on to get a snug fit. Just looking for more specifics the Honda shop here in Minot is going to try and help me with it.
