Found this on my ARO track after a high speed trail out.
There is no impact damage anywhere on the track ripped right behind the Paddle again no damage there and the clip slid right of the area where it is usually clamped.
The Fibreglass rod inside the track is so short the clip has only partial engagement where it can clamp on the rubber and Glass bar inside (almost 1/3 of the clip is only on soft rubber ). So my guess is -- Track has a Flex edge and on the high speed trail out on a pretty solid base it flexed enough to make the clip slide of and eventually wear through the track window.
Polaris / TS are not even willing to look at it any further.
I am not sure if it is only on my track where the rods do not go all the way through to give a secure hold to the track clips or if it is the way they all are. I for one will not buy the same track again. I Really like how well the track works just have no appetite to have an other $900 track fail.
