SOCO crew is coming up to join me for a day on the Ear's. May be our last this year if winter doesn't make another appearance.

Pulled into MC lot before dark and was happy to see the snow was still hangin on. Cold front moving through plunged the temps to 20 degrees.

Been working out of state (where it don't snow) so I haven't been out since presidents weekend.

The drive over from poudre canyon was pretty depressing. The trail head elevations around Cameron pass are near done if we don't get some snow. Aspens are coming to life at nearly 10,000 feet over there :face-icon-small-dis Snow up high is still rideable, but getting there will be a snirt fest.

Fired up the TM8 and ripped it across the MC meadow a few dozen times. What a blast to feel that arm stretcher pull again :face-icon-small-ton

Can't wait to get get up north a few miles and about 3 more feet of base and spank some nasty terrain tomorrow :face-icon-small-hap Psyched to ride with the Bro's again! Couple more slots left in the CREW if you think you can hang:crutch:

I drove over RE pass today - better bring fertilizer to wax your skis with.
Seriously - if it's warm, you'll be good. If it's overcast/cold = coral reef.

;-)

and bring a couple feet of fresh Dave!

I stopped in the lot yesterday on the way back to UT .... it was a mud pit ... one RV with an open 2 place in the lot was it.

Watch out its looking pretty bad up there right now :(

I gotta head back to Denver today once I get more stuff loaded up, I'll swing by and see how much carnage occured :D

Bummer............I have a "new to me" HCR that I was hoping to ride. Yep, that's right, I've become a CAT MAN:face-icon-small-con:face-icon-small-sho:rockon:

Yep, Im in the middle of a "classic" mid life crisis:face-icon-small-sho Bored with Doo, the old and new. The Apex took me up stuff in 10 seconds that used to take 10 minutes to accomplish on the 860(not to mention the Widow Maker/BVD eater), and the new Poo doesnt do it for me. I've spent 100 miles on my buddies '12 PRO and it's kinda vanilla like. So, since I love trying to get to the ugly spots that nobody else likes to spend the day in(RAVINES!!!!), I figured, what's better than the M series for technical prowess???? So, yesterday I ponied up for a super nice 2010 HCR.............Let the games begin:cheer2:

Yes it did...............on a side note, Im out in the garage getting the track queen ready to roll!!!!!

LOL. That's the funniest thing I have seen in a while. Glad you are mixing it up.

I see some scratch marks lol. Grass is green and its Masters weekend. Fingers crossed for next year. Won't be long and some 50 year old will be going bigger than you...

LMAO!!! This "old" guy might be showing ol' Duke the bottom of my track again with the light and athletic HCR! Think Vail Mike:rockon: I managed some decent air on Rhonda...........but, wow, what an arrival. Kinda like a 747 without wings. This new little girl sled with good shocks and 153" has me counting the days.......................................................................:face-icon-small-hap
