Are you running your 2013 on the ETH or non-91 setting?

I was playing around with the fuel setting on a 2013 Pro RMK 800 today and it seemed to pull harder on the Ethanol setting but the top end would pull 50rpms more on the nonethanol setting. This was with 91 octane in the tank. Has anybody done any actual testing of this?

I use non-ethanol. No doubt that it runs more crisp on non-ethanol. I also use non-ethanol 88 octane fuel. Runs great. I ride at 8K+ (that will make a difference).

Running 91 non - ethanol fuel, left the setting on ethanol. Never know what kind of garbage is going to come out of the pump.

THis is what I do too. I buy fuel that is labeled non-ethanol, but I run the ethonal setting.

Is it likely that the sled can pull more clutching on the non-ethanol setting than the other? I wonder this as my sled has never really seemed to pull 8100-200 like it should but I have been forced to use the ethanol setting as the only place to get non here is at a few small airports.

I still see 8050-8150 (ish) on the ethonal plug 8000' to 9600' (ish) altitude.
