are skidoo clutches interchangable?

just cleanin up my primary clutch on my 2000 summit 700 today and found that i have a crack in it was wondering if a clutch off a 98 summit 500 would fit or would the weights, spring, ect. be different thanks for all the help

try cleaning the cracks real good my cracks dissapeared hopefully yours will too

the clutch halves will work, but the calibration is different. 583 and some older sleds have a different thread pattern but if its a 500 it should work.

right on its the outer sheave on the clutch so the 500 one should work on there... i was kinda lookin at that but didn't know if they were interchangable
