Are any sleds selling

A month or so ago I was looking at sleds on the Detroit, MI Craigslist, just curious with the crap economy there if there were alot of sleds for sale cheap, suprizingly, there was a bunch but they seemed way overpriced.

Well there you have it the market must be good some one sold a thunder cat how much better could it possibly get:D

Bwahahahahaha, Larry (hardass) is right......94 Thundrcat here, I gave it away for shop space. The amazing part was the chit talked me outa the supercover and shop manual too. Oh well, I was glad to see a new sledder out there and even more glad to see the floor that the thing had been covering up.

Good luck on your sale. EW

I have had my sled for sale for a couple weeks now, posted in several differnt places, here, local bargin finder, trader magizine and havn't got a single call or email! is anything moving right now??

You have nothing to lose, especially if your advertising for free. It just takes the right machine, right price at the right time, then you have a sale, even if it is the spring. Just this morning I brought my machine in for servicing and this fellow in front of me said he was interested in it. It is not sold yet, but he will have a more serious look after I get it back.......... so you never know.
Good luck! ;)

I don't need it to sell right away, but i would like it to be gone, as I bought an M8T and don't need two sleds. It just doesn't seem like anything is moving around here. chalk it up to the time of year and the economy i guess...

Been on the other end of that stick also :rolleyes: Lathem motors in twin falls always started out 8 grand more than what they would take and would throw out some ridiculous payment so they could only lower the price to make you feel better or give you more for a trade in. the bad part is I seen a few with way to much money who wouldn't even try to deal and pay invoice plus there stupid dealer market equalization sticker :eek:

This is how the world goes round...and how us regular folk get a break once in a while. let them pay invoice so others can pay way below it and the dealer can still stay in buisness:)

This year is bad for sure. I bought my sled in sept and got a good deal for then, and I am asking 10% less then that I have into it and had no one interested for that, the only real offer was 2/3 of what I paid. I'm just keeping it, was going to downgrade to a bit cheaper sled but not going to give it away. Back in sept it was worth $6,000, now I can't get $4500 for it. If you don't need to sell it keep it, if not next fall the fall after it will still be worth as much if not MORE then now :beer;

The funny thing is, I sold my 94 mach Z a few months back for $2,000, I paid $2,200 for it 3 years ago....
