Arctiva Comp 4 opinions needed?

So I think I am going to pull the trigger this week and order the Arctiva Comp 4 Team jacket and pants. I ride 40% trail & 60% mtn's from sicamous to revy. From what I have read on here most are happy but some complain about being too hot.....is the shell better? What is the sizing like, I am 6'3" 210lb, I am usually a lrg or xl depending if the XL is a baggy fit(bad) or tighter fit(good).
