It does, there will be a gap between the taillight and bumper with this one. We've heard a lot of good things with this front suspension but we aren't running one so can't give you an real personal feed back.

Will the front bumper work with the arctic cat skid plate?

I have half a season on the skinz front end on a boosted M1100T. Considerably better handling then stock in my opinion, but rear suspension adjustments are needed, as it does add a bit more ski pressure. Not an inexpensive upgrade, either. For me, it was worthwhile, however I have no experience with this setup on an 800. I would imagine similar results.
