Arctic Cat Goggle Holder - Substitute?

Is there anything out there similar to the goggle holder AC makes that mounts in front of the steering post? I can't seem to justify the price for it; however, it seems really convenient.

Goggle holder

Buy one works great, you will wounder what you did without one, best money i have spent.
Especialy on a snowy day, well worth the price

Have a WPS one that I bought before Cat came out with it. Had to put some heat shielding in it to keep from melting things. I'd spend the bucks on a AC one.

Also works well for thawing out water bottles.

I'd go with the cat one also. Have them on both my M's. Work great and have never had a problem with melting goggles. I usually leave a pair in there all day while riding. Also work well for drying thin gloves and warming cookies

Im not sure about other options but it is a nice addition. Although a friend and i dont use them anymore due to the glue on the lenses coming apart and ruining them.

Cat goggle warmer on M1000

I have one on my M1000 and stock pipe. Fits fine, the only issue is minor, and its that the rubber on the zipper handle has melted slightly after a season.

i got a nylon bag with mesh the first year i got my 07 and riveted it to the plate in front of the steering post. i think ac ripped it off from us, paid like $5 for the bag, now i can warm my lunch or dry out those wet gloves while i'm riding don't feel cheap i wouldn't pay $40 bucks for a $5 dollar bag either...

I actually have about $15000 into my sled (I live in Canada, $h!t is expensive.) I'm 16 and work after school at a body shop for $10.00 an hour. Maybe you should be giving me a break to try and save a couple coins here and there... Thanks.

That's why in the directions it tells you to mount it on the hood down by the nose.
