I would like to see the actual number of 2010 sleds Country cat sold this year I live in MN and they take as little as possible so they can buy the non current sleds mostly from dealers that are going out of business..so lets compare apples to apples..

they got ralphs in calgary on there????? those guys are dinks, unless you pull up in a brand new dodge with a sleddeck on it they wont give you the time of day.....thats the service ive gotten from them anyway, and not having mainjet motorsports on there???? those guys are great, plus they have 3/4's of the kootenays on brand new m8's

believe it or not the western states sales with the Mtn segment is a very small percentage of overall sales of any of the Big 4. Thats why they don't care...

Mountain sleds were about 40% of the US sales. Much different in Canada where the best selling sleds are utility.

Cat's Circle of Excellence is like most OEM's recognition programs; they are almost always based on volume. Numbers is all they care about. In our service area we have about an 80% market share with Arctic Cat sleds. It amounts to about 40 new M sleds per season. You go south 100 miles and the Arctic Cat market share is more like 20%. I have always believed they should use market share in a dealer's service area as part of the equation.

Let me give you an example: I worked at Northern Power Sports in Fairbanks (on the list) for 15 years they are also a great Suzuki Dealer. Every year a top performing dealer and winner of dealer trips. Then Suzuki put Alaska in the same district as California and the recognition was over. Was the dealership any less great? No but pretty hard to compete on sheer numbers in motorcycle sales between Alaskan dealers and California dealers.
