aquired a UFO kit need help with setup

Hi everyone
Aquired a couple UFO snowbike kits . Looking for any info on setup . Track tension ,Shocks, limiter strap etc .. Any info would be appreciated !
Track gets tighter with suspension compression .Anyone with expierence with these units please help !

one my riding buddies picked one up at a good price off of Crail-List

put it on a yz250 smoker, looked good. no traction, wouldn't go through the snow, Tom tried suspension mods, shock position mods, lots of beautiful machine work but sub par design/execution. Its passed around the town, I've seen on C-list several times.
